Social Media Ambassadors
New this year is the Social Media Ambassadors Program for Students and Postdoctoral Researchers. This program aims to help °µÍø³Ô¹Ï have a more consistent social media presence during our Conference. Are you passionate about Science Communication? Are you planning to attend °µÍø³Ô¹Ï's 40th Annual Conference? Become a °µÍø³Ô¹Ï Social Media Ambassador to take over our Twitter account and promote #°µÍø³Ô¹Ï22.
Duties include:
- Before the conference (~1 month before), schedule regular tweets to get conversations started about the different conference topics.
- During the conference, tweet about presentations, photos of attendee groups, and other content that builds community among °µÍø³Ô¹Ï members as well as the broader public.
- Interact with other twitter users by liking, retweeting and responding to tweets that use #°µÍø³Ô¹Ï22 before, during, and after the conference.
Important to Note: Four Students and/or Postdoctoral Researchers will be selected to perform the duties and receive complimentary Conference Registration. The Social Media Ambassador application will close on June 30th.

Registration via the website portal will close on Sunday Sept. 25th, but you will still have the chance to Register in-person at the °µÍø³Ô¹Ï Registration Desk in the Raleigh Convention Center starting on Sunday October 2nd.
